Absolutely gorgeous
It was a gift for my brother, who just bought a 42ft. sailboat. He is very hard to please and buy for. This was a perfect gift for him. I think his wife secretly uses too! They love how it functions! The finish on the telescope was perfect and the box it came in was beautiful. It seriously looks quite authentic! Definitely a fabulous buy!

OMG ... Soooooooo Very Nice! Gave it to my husband for our anniversary ... he loves it and has it on our table to display. Has already used it to see the hawks that fly in the area and couldn't be more pleased. The price was great too ... oh and the box that it is stored in is a beautiful piece too ... it was like getting 2 gifts for the price of one. THANK YOU!

Solid Built but Misleading advertising on size.
The scope itself is very solidly built and works well. I gave it a 3 star because the dimensions are nothing what the is advertised. It is NOT 17" fully extended, it is just under 16". The Diameter at the end is 1.5" and the box it comes it is 6 x 2.5 x 2.5 inches (not 6.9 x 3.3 x 2.9 inches).The total misrepresentation of the size was very disappointing and if I had known the TRUTH about the size, I would have probably opted for another scope.
