Before using this tube cleaning brush, all I could do was run soapy water through the tube and I didn't feel like this would sufficiently clean it. Now, I get some soapy water in the tube then take the cleaning brush and run it through two times. I rinse it thoroughly after cleaning. The only downside to this is that my arms are not long enough to do it without help. The directions say to keep it straight while running the brush through but that is impossible to do by myself. I feel more confident using my CPAP machine knowing that the accessories have been cleaned efficiently.

Works well for cleaning CPAP equipment. The wire brush moves easily through the tubing to ensure complete cleaning.

Purchased these to clean out my glass lily intake and outflow pipes for my aquarium. They do a pretty good job brushing all the algae and diatoms out. However, the spring is a little flimsy, so you'll have to make sure you align it and push it in firmly and straight, and the rigidity of the long brush is a little stiff and takes some effort to push it through the bend in the pipes.CPAP tubing is much more forgiving than a curved glass pipe, so I can't fault the product for the above issues I have. But if anyone else is looking at these for cleaning up 7/8" aquarium tubing; these are pretty god brushes for the money.

The Cpap brush kit is extremely durable. I've used this several times now, and have not lost any bristles, nor seen any rust/ corrosion. While the flexible shaft is long enough to fully extend through my cpap hose, it can get a little difficult in the last 1/3 of the hose. I would not recommend pulling the cleaner through the hose. The hose has a tendency to bunch up, due to the friction. But if you push the cleaner through the hose, you will have better success.Overall, I'll say this is a good product. I also use this in conjunction with a UV sterilizer, and have no issues with cleanliness.

The brushes are good quality and the length is good. It has one challenge… the spring in the long cord makes it nearly impossible to remove from the tube. My husband and I struggled to get it out for a good 20 minutes. At one point I thought I was going to need to buy a new tube.

Easy to use and keeps my tubing clean.

Brush end is a little tight for my tubing, but if you put the loop end through, feed a disposable CPAP cleaning wipe through the loop, and pull it through the tube, it works great.

Makes life easier to clean the tubes for CPAP.

Works like it was invented for. Cleans the tubes with no problems.

I use the long brush with ResMed S9 heated tubes, both the old kind that is straight-through and the new kind with the 90 degree elbow. The long brush works well, though it helps if you have someone to hold the other end of the tube while you pull the brush through.The short mask brush is too short to really be of much use. You can insert it into your mask's tube, but it barely reaches halfway and you can't really push it all the way to the far end of the mask hose (not all masks have two accessible ends on their tubes, eg, ResMed Swift FX)
