Brabantia Large Laundry Bin with Cork Lid, 16 Gallon (60L), White

This is a great laundry bin, love the inner liner and the cork top is actually very nice as it looks quality and hides the laundry inside while allowing you to toss small items in quickly (and even stuff larger items in without taking the lid off, because why take two extra seconds to do that right? LOL). Like the white metal appearance, much better than any plastic or wicker type container and this holds a lot of clothes versus those formats as well! It looks very classy in the bedroom as well I don't think you can beat the appearance of this unit. Very happy with it!

That cork top almost stopped me from purchasing this hamper, plus it seemed pretty small. But I'm glad I listened to the reviews and purchased it. The cork top is actually the best part. I've learned to literally twirl our clothes into it and unless you are trying to shove something like giant towels or denim jeans that could stand up by themselves, it's an easy task to drop everything in. Twirl the jeans and they will easily fall in. Bath towels, not so much. But it's also a small size so bath towels just get sent to the washer which actually is more efficient for me. Surprisingly, the small hamper holds a couple good size front-loading machine loads for two adults. I've never had it overflow - a decent amount of dirty clothes fit in it. If there were more than the two of us, I would get the larger size. I'd buy it again.

I don't care for laundry baskets, for several reasons, mostly aesthetic, particularly when there's nowhere to "hide" them. This one looks nice if you must have your dirty laundry basket in your bedroom. I love the "down the hatch" hole that is the lid. I ordered mine with the plastic lid. Haven't had any problems with this a all. I pull the liner out to take to the laundry room. It arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to the shipper for packing it box in a box, that really helped!!

I am a huge fan of the Brabantia line of organizational pieces. This piece came into my life when I saw it at Crate and Barrel. I wanted a laundry hamper that had a minimalist design and I could leave out in the bedroom without it looking bad - this is it.The capacity is good for a laundry horse like me for about a week's worth. The inner bag washes well. It's super easy, convenient, and as I said, the design is really, really nice.

I love this hamper. I purchased it originally for its sleek design, but it’s an absolute must have. I’ve had wicker, cloth and plastic hampers. They would either get dirty, or the lining would fall apart, or moisture from towels would ruin them completely. With this hamper the design is super sleek and the cork top helps hide your dirty laundry in the best way! Also the lining easily comes off to wash. It’s super easy to clean and I highly recommend it. This is by far the best laundry hamper out there.

Aesthetically pleasing laundry hamper with a small footprint. The design of bringing together the seam isn’t exact (not a true circle). In fact, I returned the first because of this and a dent upon arrival. The return/exchange went very smoothly (they sent one before I got the return into UPS. That was great! We were only without a hamper for 2 days.) I love it, despite the design imperfection that doesn’t seem to interfere with function.

These laundry bins are awesome. Superior quality, clean aesthetic. They are perfect! Why did I wait so long to make the move from sloppy baskets where all your dirty laundry is on display? These make every space tidier - I have both this and the smaller size and am buying another. Great value! They will last forever.

Arrived all dented, which is unacceptable for this price. I have this hamper in a larger size and I love it, so I ordered a second one. It arrived dented all over, and from what I understand this is a common issue with this item. And it wasn’t the courier or shipper, as the packaging was fully intact on both the Amazon packaging and the Brabantia box. That means the item was shipped already damaged inside the original packaging. Amazon had the sense to bubble wrap the manufacturer box, but the manufacturer doesn’t have the sense to bubble wrap the actual item. This is unacceptable for such a high priced item.And all Amazon could offer was either a replacement that couldn’t come for another MONTH, or $30 credit. I took the credit and am trying to bang out the dents myself with a hammer. Absolutely ridiculous on such a high-priced item.
