Several months after installing no issue.

Difficult to install.
Be sure to do 1 at a time with new screws. Support the box. Fix any alignment prior to assembly with gears out. Very difficult to install. U need a level surface and lots of time. Be sure the gears are still good as like a bike chain if the track is damaged so are the gears

Missing most of the parts, and received 2 of the bottom racks..
I bought this product 2 months before, to replace my slide on one side, no issues everything was shipped. I bought this in April 2025, and missing V-Rollers, Retainers, Rivets, Rack Shoes, Wear Pads, Plugs, Sealing Foam, Fixed Side, and sent me 2 of the bottom racks, rrh. Open the box and check the countians !

5th wheel large slide-out works now.5th
5th wheel slide-out rails got slightly damaged on floating side while camping. We tried just replacing the guide wheels with no luck. After 3 days we manually pushed the slide back in to return home. Order all the parts and Amazon shipped them very fast. YOU MUST ORDER ALL OF THEM ! Lippert dual rack repair kit and the standard bearing block kit and CRC -3045 high performance lube . Works great now !!!!!!!

Didn’t get all the parts
I ordered the bearing block and a dual rack repair kit and of course all the parts are not there. Also it is a total rip off that you can order a bearing block replacement but it takes ordering another kit to get the shoes and V rollers with go of course with the bearing block . The parts are included with the rack kit, except they weren’t all there! To get the shoe and other parts otherwise would have cost almost $200.00, for less than $25.00 dollars worth of parts, most of which are plastic. The only reason for 2 stars is it got here a couple days early, but will still need to get the parts that weren’t in the box
