Great laptop !
Works better than the Dell laptop I had. I love how the keyboard feels and that it’s a small laptop. Very convenient for travel. Overall , I love it and happy that I purchased it. Definitely worth it !

Got my money's worth.
I wanted a laptop I could play the sims on. This one works just fine. I haven't downloaded any add ons but I have no problem with gameplay. Good value and it's pretty light. Slightly heavier than my chromebookBrowse the web is also pretty fast

I really like the size of this computer.
I am very happy with this computer. The price was very good. It is small and that is important because I will be taking it back and forth to work. The keyboard is still full size and the keys are in the correct place for someone like me that actually types. I do miss the keypad but for the smaller size, I will get used to it. Thank you, HP.

Did not come with the one year 365 subscription
So far everything seems to be good, except the 1 year subscription to Microsoft 365 which was supposed to come with the purchase, it's trying to only give one month...my Girlfriend is setting up the computer as I write this review...I would like that fixed

Amazing product
Looooveeee my new laptop, I had an old hp that had been in use for year and this is an amazing upgrade I absolutely love it is so light weight and can take it everywhere. Worth the money I payed for it

Not windows 10
Disappointed and irritated, really. This was clearly labeled as Windows 10, which is why I bought it, but it is really Windows 11 in S mode. I don't appreciate the false advertising. If I wanted windows 11, I would have gotten windows 11. And for cheaper. I would have bought something else, but I'm now fed up with laptop hunting, so here we are.Oh, and fyi...you have to connect to the internet to set up. No other way. That might irritate some people too.
