New to the hobby and was not sure if this was a necessity, however it’s very useful, I’ve only used 1 Matt and 4 sheets so far it comes with plenty so will last me a while. Nice little case with brush holders and elastic strap to hold it together, keeps the moisture in allowing your paint to stay usable for longer. Can add more water to the absorbent Matt than you expect. Overall great product.

Good product. Does take time to get used to it. Easy to clean and is a decent size. Good value for money.

Once I figured out how to set this up properly (which was easier than I thought it would be) I immediately felt like it improved my painting, it makes it much easier to blend paints and gives a much longer working time. I would recommend using slightly less paint than you would think necessary when using thinner modeling paints (mainly reds and browns in my experience) as they will spread quite a bit on the pallet, however this could have been the paints being over hydrated due to how I set it up myself. Highly recommend this if you want to improve your model painting.

Sets the standard for a wet palate, comes with replacement sponges & more than enough cover papers. Can keep paints usable for hours, if not days. Plenty of space on the paint surface for mixing & wet blending.The brush holder is however functionally useless in transport and if you're not careful will bend the ends of your brushes (I'd recommend a brush roll or other case for transporting brushes)

I use this for mostly miniatures with citadel and vallejo paints.I was advised by a friend to get a wet pallet, and oh boy we're they right!This is an absolute game changer for painting miniatures.Keeps the paint nice and wet for easy blending or just small touch ups later on, and generally takes some of the skill needed to thin down paints correctly.Over all build quality is nice and sturdy, and comes with some easy to use instructions. Would highly recommend.

Have always been on the fence with these having painted for over 30 years without one, however it does allow you to keep you pallet between sessions and in all fairness although it’s not going to instantly improve your painting, it definitely helps to obtain correct consistencies etc. wish I’d brought one years ago.
