I mix it with wheat flour and make chapatis out of it. Makes my meal healthier also makes sure when I'm eating chapatis they are more protein and vitamin dense than carb dense. I cant cut off cereals from my diet as I just cant feel full on a salad or juice diet but this addition sorts that bit out for me. Its plain and unflavoured and taste and smells like rice powder. I cant drink it mixing with water as it tastes like rice flour and if I mix sugar it'll make it calorie dense.Mixing with wheat flour or besan works well for me though. I like the fact that there's no added flavour or preservative in this.I see much improvement in my energy levels after its regular intake. Will buy another pack when its over.

If you're fine with taste then may try it. At least use 2-3 months for result. I'm going back to whey protein because I'm fed up with it and don't see any significant changes

Unlike any other protein this protein powder has very fine particles just like any flour in our kitchen and is messy to handle like flour, next is it looks like sattu and taste like sattu I mean not that great taste and they delivered what they said I mean chalky taste at every sip, too much foam and I had its fragrance, taste in my mouth and burped all day long.

Taste is ordinary but product is good

Even if you mix it in dal or roti as the instructions mentioned on the pack,it tastes worse and ruins the entire taste of the dish and eating that dish becomes a disgusting experience!

If you having problem of taste, mix it with whey protein. It will minimize the taste and make it easy to drink.

I didn't realise that the product Seal would be this bad, couldn't close it since I got it, due to it being rainy season, I decided to shift the powder into another container which led to a lot of powder just flying away. The company claims to package by themselves in India and should honestly improve the quality of the seal to prevent customer dissatisfaction. Might not buy again if the seal doesn't improve. It is just a single ziploc, atleast two ziploc seal with a better quality is necessary to prevent ingress of humidity and moisture which might lead to the powder becoming inedible.
