Monster Energy Assault, Energy Drink, 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 24)

Like a funny cherry cola without the bubbles. Personally I loved it, however it was really expensive and originally for my boyfriend. He said it is NOT the original assault flavor, so that was unfortunate. I did like it though, but again it was for him and not the same...

I have been a BIG fan of Assault flavor of Monster until now. They have messed up several of the flavors by adding sucralose (artificial flavoring) to it for no reason. They already have MANY MANY options for low calorie and NO calorie. Please bring back original flavors. Assault had a very distinct flavor that was original to them. Sucralose adds a nasty aftertaste that is complete unnecessary.

I got this drink as a 4th or 5th option because all the flavors that I enjoyed were taken off Amazon. Or Amazon tried to charge me in excess of 90$ USD for 24 cans.As this option was next in like I figured it would be worth a shotThis drink is okay as a coke rip-off but it tastes like massively watered down coke, not diet coke, not coke zero, but an 8oz can of coke poured into a 32 oz cup, filled the rest of the way with water collected from the condenser trap of a gray hound bus AC unit.This drink, might be passable if you blew your tongue off this 4th of July weekend with fireworks, or if kicking your own mouth in the genitals is a thing you are into, but if you ever cared about yourself, or had a concept of flavor in your mind... (Not even skill or understanding of flavor, just the concept) I'd highly recommend passing on this.Negative fourty seven stars.If there was a way to get my money back, I'd keep the loss and ask a dedicated union worker get fired,If I could never taste this again I'd still throw up from recalling it's terrible taste

I can't argue with the people who liked the original taste of Monster Assault and were surprised by the change. Me personally, I was not a huge fan of the original flavor, because I found it to be...well...weird. That's actually why I would order a case here and there between all of the other flavors just for the weird flavor. To my surprise, when I opened a can of this newer formula, It tasted like straight up cola. First thing I thought, was that I got ripped off from some 3rd party seller filling up fake cans of Monster Assault with regular soda, and charging 10 times the price. It was confirmed by other reviewers, that they in fact, did change the flavor as well as the graphics on the can. I actually don't have a problem with that, just as long as it's the "real deal".Now, having said all of that, for all of my life, I've seen too many soda drinkers around me, who cannot live without their "Big Gulp" in their hands, every day, every hour and so on. Well...calling all soda drinkers...this is what you've been waiting for! A real cola that you don't have to drink 5 gallons of, to get your caffeine fix and you get your cola taste as well. Just nurse a can of this, and you'll be good to go. Welcome to the Monster party guys! Enjoy!

This is personally my favorite flavor and what I drink to start my day. Highly reccomend however, my last 4 orders have all been the wrong flavor. I keep receiving the Papillion flavor. I'm sure it's a fine drink but i dont care for the monsters with juice. So now i am stuck with 4 cases of a product i didnt order and no Assaults. Very disappointed.Edit- I have ordered more over the last couple months and it seems the issue has been corrected

The beverages taste fine and are not outdated, since you are buying bulk one would assume you know how these taste and how they work for you, and i can assure you they are just the same as the ones you find in other retail outlets.The box was crushed and sloppily fixed by adding tape over the gaping hole by UPS, and some cans were dented (but no leakage,) there is no protection for the cardboard crate the cans come in so shipping damage is a possibility.

I've been collecting Monster cans since the beginning of 2021 and this was the only flavor i could not find anywhere. I've been dying to try it and i couldnt find a smaller pack anywhere so I caved and bought the 24 pack and I'm glad i did. I've never had the original assault, but I personally really like the flavor of this one. It has a light cherry cola flavor with an aftertaste almost like those Valentines heart candies, which i like. The design is very nice and I like the red/camo contrast. The only bad thing is that each can contains 200 calories, and I usually drink the Ultra monsters which only have 10. But yeah, I like this one and if you havent been able to find it in stores you should definitely give it a try 🤍

Haven't had assault in a couple years, it's hard to find locally and more pricey on Amazon. Got this cause it was around the same price as original and I don't remember it tasting meh. It was my favorite but it just tasted like coke this time.
