Lights are too dim to be effective
Purchased this light grid device for my son to use ghost hunting. This device actually was found by searching for 'laser grid for ghost hunting'. Looking at the reviews, specifications, and images on the page, it looked like it would work. I was and would not expect it to be a good as larger more expensive laser grid systems.Well, the picture of this lighting up a tent are either false or the tent is only about 12 inches tall. This device is not even close to being that bright.I have tried several locations, in complete darkness, with multiple power boxes and these lights are very dim across an 8 ft room.I will say, you can twist the head to get different patterns. But again completely useless if you are shooting the lights more than 1 foot.I have $1 cat toys with significantly brighter lights.If you want to use this to project on the ceiling for children, it will definitely be dim. And that is in total darkness. If you have any other light in the room, it will be totally ineffective.Also, don't expect any instructions when you receive the item. It just comes in a baggie.

Not worth it
I just received it yesterday & went to use it today and it looks beautiful & you can switch it to different patterns but it dimmed after only 5 minutes to the point you couldn’t really see the patterns. If I would’ve paid $2 or something for it then ok I wouldn’t be as disappointed but this is a waste being that it doesn’t work properly

Cheap cool light
I kept it plugged in my tv. It slowly got dimmer and dimmer. Probably lasted a year.

Super bright!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased many of these things, but this one is gggrrreeeaaaattttt!! Tony likes it too! I point it up to the ceiling and use it like that as a night light.Highly recommend this one!
