Great Value
Are they 100% perfect? I would say no, however they are an incredible value. Mine actually had some sharpie on them, but I used isopropyl alcohol to clean off the ink. The sticker came off easy which is fantastic. You can easily use vinegar, salt and a paper towel to remove any corrosion and polish the copper. It's very easy and cheap. Copper tarnishes very quickly, but it's pure and not an alloy like brass or bronze. Vinegar and salt are cheap so I don't care.A lot of copper products are expensive or hard to find. Many are plated and not solid pure copper or solid brass. I only payed around $30 per tray and they are solid copper. I encourage you to buy solid copper or brass. One day it will be harder to find and more expensive to buy. Copper will be used more for green energy and the price will go up. Copper won't ever be expensive like silver, but it might be too expensive for stingy manufacturers in the future. I hope India and Turkey continue to make affordable copper and brass items. I see these items as everyday use items and not super fancy. You can polish it if you want, but I don't mind if I scratch it up a little. I love these things.Uncoated copper could lead to toxic amounts / poisoning, but it's just a serving tray. I don't really see it as a food surface unless I put bread on it. I have a lot of copper and brass. Some is tin coated, but some isn't depending on what the item is. It's not made in China so I'm happy with that. I support Uyghurs so to me it matters a lot that it's from India. I wish Turkish tea trays were copper and not zinc, however zinc is still nice if you get one with the patina / oxide finish. I don't like plated items since they won't last that long.In all, I think you should buy this copper tray from India. It's different from an Ottoman tray, but still functional. It's a great value too.

Welcome back to old Indian tradition
When we were young, all in our family used to use copper or brass utensils. With time, things changed and adopted many other alternatives from stainless steel to glass to ceramic, etc. Now at the end, we wanted to come back to old tradition and this copper plate is a beautiful addition to that effort. We are extremely pleased with it. By the way, my wife dishwashes it too with no issues.

As such good
It looked good when it arrived and with first time use. Later it picked up spots. Not sure if we can get it cleaned.
