These batteries are juicy!
When I say juicy, I mean, they provide all the power your items will need, unlike NiMH batteries. The big issue I've had with NiMH and even alkaline batteries after they've been a little used is they just don't work well in some devices, particularly things like beard or nose hair trimmers, or toys cars, etc - things with a motor where you need the motor to run strong or they don't work. These things run sluggish on NiMH batteries - my beard trimmer will rip hair out on them. With alkaline batteries, they run well for a while, then act like NiMH batteries. These Li batteries run like a brand new alkaline battery (and maybe even a little stronger) and they don't wind down as the battery gets weaker. You get solid, brand new battery power until the battery is drained (and they do last as long as an alkaline before being discharged). There were so many brands of these out there, I'm so glad I picked a good one. As far as some of the negative reviews saying it dies in 1 minute, maybe they got one bad battery in the bunch (isolate each battery and figure out which one it is and return it!) or they just don't know how to charge them. You know how grandma and grandpa can be where buy something like this but they don't understand how to use it so they run out and complain that they are defective. I suspect a little bit of that going on here. I've now bought 12 batteries (8 AA and 4 AAA) and every single one works great. I'm debating on completely transitioning to these (no more alkalines) - expensive in the short term, but these are just flat out better and in the long term, they will pay off. My only fear is someone in my house throwing away or losing a cheap $1 flashlight with $20 worth of batteries in it, which is why I haven't pulled the trigger yet.

The VERY BEST AAA rechargeable Lithium batteries you can buy!!
I have tried about 8 different brands of rechargeable lithium AAA batteries and these are the very best of all. They hold between 658 & 669 mAh/877-892mWh which is the best I’ve found. They also have a built-in micro-USB charging port so you don’t need a special charger just for charging lithium rechargeable batteries! The 2nd best are AmpTorrents 1100mWh on sale for $22.39 and come with the proprietary charger which is a good charger. They hold about 650mAh but need the special charger. I also recently purchased some Deleepow AAA lithium rechargeable batteries that were pretty cheap ($15 I believe), have a USBC recharging port built-in, and are rated for 1200mWh/800mAh but hold less than 400mAh/533mWh; less than half of their rated capacity! Tenavolts also makes a good rechargeable lithium AAA battery rated for 1110mWh/740mAh but holds about 625mAh/833mWh which is actually pretty good in my experience and come with a universal lithium AA/AAA charger. Keep in mind that a standard NiMH or any other charger WILL NOT charge lithium rechargeables. So if you have a bunch of lithium AA and AAA rechargeable batteries, the Tenavolts charger is good to have around because it will charge all lithium AA’s & AAA’s flawlessly and to their maximum capacity. But these hold the most capacity of any lithium rechargeable AAA there probably is and have a handy micro-USB charging port built-in. They are kind of pricy. But in my experience, you almost always get what you pay for when it comes to rechargeable lithium batteries. My set of four AAA's weigh between 7.89g-7.93g. This is a good sign because the variance is less than 0.05g between all 4 meaning they have good manufacturing and quality control standards. And they weigh the most of any AAA lithium I have purchased with a built-in charging port. As a rule of thumb, heavier batteries hold more power. For example, the really bad Deleepow AAA's I just bought that are rater for 1,200mWh only hold about HALF that capacity and weight between 7.10g-7.23g. That is a wide variance of 0.13g and they weigh less than these.

The future of batteries is here
These are great. They last as long as a regular alkaline battery, but charge up for repeated use, time and time again. The one downside is that in my case, I had to buy 2 packs to get started. This gives me 8 batteries, so I can have 4 out in use, with 4 for backups when the first 4 require charging, so there's no gap in service of whatever device they came from.Even at a $40 investment to start, this WILL save you money in batteries.BTW, there is no adapter for charging! They come with a short USB A plug split to 4 separate USB micro plugs so you can charge all 4 batteries at once, and these can plug into any USB A socket, be it my laptop, or direct from the USB wall outlet. Really simple to charge

Good batteries
They'll overheat cheap headlamps, but otherwise OK. I've had a failure where they will not recharge. The red charge light stays on. 1 failure out of a dozen. This seems to be fairly common. I have some of another brand that suffered the same fate.

They work
I haven't torture tested these batteries to check for durability but I don't have doubts on their build quality. They feel well made and I've had no issues yet. They took a charge and are out back for emergency use.

They don't last, do not have the capacity they are sold as!
I got these batteries to power my holiday decorations. I put these in a snow globe and they struggled to last 2 days where non rechargeable batteries last a week. So I setup a test rig to find out what the real capacity of these batteries are. Non rechargeable lithium AAA are around 1250 mAh and Alkaline AAA are 1200 mAh.They are sold as 1100 mWh when most batteries are sold listing mAh.The conversion is: mAh = mWh ÷ VThe reason selling them this way is shady is because you see the "1100" on the battery and think it is a decent battery when in reality it is only a 733 mAh battery. This is far less than a normal none rechargeable battery. So I tested these batteries and they test to 625 mAh, not even what they are rated for. No wonder they die so fast. With so many other batteries on Amazon to pick from, I would avoid these.
