I am 36 and have 2 young children. I have always suffered from bloating. I have also have acne, eczema and a fragrance allergy. I have never taken probiotics before and I am very impressed. Not only has the bloating gone but my skin is improving and seems to be less inflamed and clearer...I did not expect that..... I just wanted to take them to see if they would help with bloating and flatulence. I am also surprised as I have much more energy and do not want to fall asleep in the afternoon. I guess everyone is different and what works for one person might not work for another but I would definitely recommend taking these if you have low energy and bloating. Especially since they are not expensive, compared to other brands.

The print on the bottle is super small. The black background of the label didn't help. I took a photo with my phone then zoomed in so I was able to read the label. I couldn't find anywhere on the table that tells you how many to take so I refured back to the product on Amazon. The advert says Take one daily preferably with food and keep hydrated. The product itself is excellent and I highly recommend it.

Only been taking these for a few days as I was getting excruciating pain in my abdomen (suffer with lymphacytic colitis), used to have to have an emergency toilet trip, however, I don't want to jinx it, but, no more pain and no more shooting off to the loo which isn't nice while at work.

I've suffered with severe ibs for over 10years. Recently it got that bad again I couldn't leave the house. Anything I ate I vomited and somehow I was still managing to have diarrhoea multiple times a day. Saw doctors just put me on tablets nothing was really helping. I thought I'd try something else which I came across these. They've given me my life back. I can't miss them because I go bad again but they've stop the vomiting and nausea plus controlling my stool. Would highly recommend these to anyone who has suffered like me with ibs to the point I felt I can't leave the house

I had been taken one a day of these for the last 3years. I had them on subscription. Unfortunately two months ago I had to change brands because these were no longer on subscription. Needles to say the other ones did not work for me. I can't wait to take these again , as I feel so much better on them.

It doesn’t work greatIt just makes me bloated and fart all day

The media could not be loaded. Highly recommend. It 7 days since taking one a day I feel the difference in my stomach now. Less bloating less cramps and easier when going for a wee overall I feel much healthier within myself
