Dry ice packing totally evaporated Very disappointed but I love the muffins when they are fresh.
I love this product because they always come fresh packed in dry ice and mostly frozen Today i brought them in immediately after delivery The box was warm and all the dry ice had evaporated so muffins were not even cool I don’t know who to complain to Since this has never happened before I believe it’s Amazon’s fault.

Product came defective
The product was to be delivered frozen, it arrived thawed and hot to the touch. It was not properly packaged and shipped. It had to be thrown away.
