Good, if u can digest lactose
100% not suitable even for mild lactose intolerance, it did not say that it was, it said the opposite tbh but yeh I risked it all.Taste really good as an iced coffee, and provides a really good extra calorie boost if, like me, you need that. I’ve gone back to fortisip but this is not a bad product if u can digest milk.
