Okay lets first start with the batteries.They last long, fit perfect and do not get hot like the OEM’s. To a point where I would say they are better!The charger.Small charger for batteries with a cable included.Charges surprisingly fast and does not get hot.The Customer Service.The customer service is supreme. I had a slight problem in which they quickly responded same day and offered much help. Super nice guy on the phone and on email. Offered replacements at no cost and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.ON TOP OF THATThese batteries have a 3 YEAR WARRENTY that is just $6 of shipping for a replacement 90 days AFTER purchase incase something is wrong with the craftsmanship.Just contact them and you'll most likely figure it out.OVERALL10/10 will recommend to the people I know and will only buy Wasabi for stuff like this from now on.

Got 2 of the Wasabi batteries and the charging holder. Batteries work GREAT in goProHero9. after about 3 months 1 of them was not being recognized by the GoPro, nor the charger. I called Terry @ the 800 number on the battery and in less than 10 minutes he shipped me a new one. Sure, electronics can fail but you add Spectacular Customer Service to Great products and you'll get a customer for life!THANK YOU!

I have bought batteries from Wasabi before and they performed well for my still cameras, not here. Plugging in the charger and inserted the batteries the charger indicated they were charged. I took them for a snowmobile ride and when I inserted the batteries into the camera the gopro would not turn on. After I got home, same thing, charger indicated all charged but the batteries would not turn the camera on. I'm not sure if it's the charger or the batteries. The charger shows red on my gopro brand batteries then green after a few hours. If not improvement after more testing they will go into the trash and I wasted my money. Glad I found this out before my Yellowstone trip. By Gopro brand stuff

The batteries are meh when compared to Gopro's, but the charger is a must have. This is my second wasabi charger, the first was for a Gopro 3. That one is still ticking and my daughter has it now. I can only hope this one lasts as long. So far so good.

The price is great. The batteries last as long as the GoPro batteries. The charger works great and charges three batteries at a time.

the battery fits perfectly in GoPro, but the usage time is less compared to the original... maybe 10 minutes in 4k video... you should have 2 so you can rescue more time

These charge faster and last longer than the official GoPro batteries. Got them for my 5 and 7 and now for GoPro 9. Great buy!

Good value for the money. Charger works well and easy to connect. Good battery life observed.
