These high strength cranberry tablets by Pharmanostix are a convenient way of getting a good amount (5000mg in each one) of cranberry goodness on a daily basis – handy if you are not all that fond of drinking cranberry juice. They are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and could offer benefits to the bladder, kidneys and urinary tract – although cranberry tablets are usually marketed as an aid to women's health they are suitable for anyone looking for a cranberry supplement. These tablets are made in the UK to GMP standards with each letter-box friendly pack containing 90 tablets – good-value at the current price of a little over six pounds from Amazon for three months supply. Although these tablets might not work for everyone they are certainty worth trying at the price – five stars for value and quality.

I seem to suffer with waterworks issues since having children and always chugging down the cranberry juice - but it's really hard to find unsweetened versions. This is a good alternative. Whilst I am not a medical expert so not sure what a 5000mg dosage means, at 1 tablet a day and 90 in the bottle that's almost 3 months of maintaining a healthy internal balance.
