Expected more uniform dark blue color. Stone looks like cheap glass.

The sapphire arrived poorly cut, sticky from adhesive, chipped at the girdle and MOST unattractive. I sent the first stone back and reordered thinking the replaced stone would be improved. I will never order from this company again. I am a jewelry student and I showed the stone and my opinion of it to classmates, my craft guild and several studios that I work at.

It's opaque dark blue with some depth. Very pretty.

absolutely not even close to the picture. This sapphire is maybe 1/6 the size of the stone picture. It is definitely not 99 carats. Very misleading listing. The stone is dirty and very poorly cut. I do not recommend and will be returning. Why not just advertise exactly what it is you are selling? Because what I was sent is nothing like the photo or description

So the stone looks similar to what is shown, but much more opaque. The stone is covered in scratches and chips and since no light passes through the stone, it honestly looks like a blue rock cut to look like a gemstone.For the price I expected it to look rough, but not this bad. Don't buy if you want to make beautiful jewelry because you WILL be disappointed.

The gems were both very damaged. Chipped, cracked and scratched in multiple places all over the surface. Very low quality.
