This item, while relatively straight forward, is superior to many of the toners being offered for sale here on Amazon as well as other places. Why? Because it’s original and isn’t remanufactured.I’m all for recycling, protecting the environment, etc., but when you buy this OEM product you’re (a) getting a FULL cartridge of toner, and (b) the toner color acts like it is supposed to and doesn’t bleed or smear all over your printed pages. If you’re looking to save a buck, avoid this one and buy a remanufactured toner cartridge. If you’re looking for crisp and dark print on the page that doesn’t smear, and lasts more than a couple of reams of paper, choose this one at the higher price. You’ll be money ahead in the long run.

Too afraid of using knock-off toner cartridges due to potential damage to machine, choking down the exorbitant cost of toner from HP is insane. They can sell you a relatively inexpensive machine but hammer your pocket book and likely with substantial profit margins. This is no different than everybody else that buys a color laser printer and gripes about the toner cost. I have never had any issue with HP toner cartridges provided they are used prior to the expiration date.

Hi this is the 3rd toner I've bought from Amazon. The printer generally works and the color print is fine. I however noticed random ghost pages (faded print that re-prints automatically). as well as a few pages with streaks. Called in the technician and lo and behold - ALL my toners have expired dates! I did not check them and of course the return dates are gone.I am VERY unhappy about this. Toners for sale should be clearly marked when the date is GONE.

Very misleading title. It states “HP 305A 3 toner c,y,m” which is a pack of three cartridges. Only sent cyan. When you read further is does show just cyan in the pics but the title shows otherwise. Plus, who would sell one cartridge on Amazon for basically full retail price?

Its expensive but better than working with recycled ones. We tried cheaper recycled ones and just don't have luck or the life of them so we just stick with OEM.

No way around this expense. Nothing compares to authentic HP products/replacements. Authentic ink cartridges are a necessary purchase and Amazon routinely has the lowest price. Buy it.
