This tea is excellent. My spouse likes to do heaping teaspoons, pour boiling water over them, very quickly, and don't let the tea sit in the water. It is amazing stuff.

After my doctor recommended green tea brewed every day at least 2 cups a day for kidney stones, I looked around for a reasonably priced good tea. We were in the military at the time, and Yamamoto Yama was always available in the commissary. Once we retired, it was hard to find and I’m glad that Amazon has it available. Buying it looseleaf is less expensive and better quality in my opinion always up perfectly.

One of my favorite loose-leaf green teas. We buy this brand frequently, both locally and online, and brew the tea in our electronic kettle with a diffuser. The kettle has different settings for black and green teas. This company has another flavor (yellow packet) which is also good. We've been enjoying both for about three years since we discovered it.

Very good flavor, very nicely packaged. Not quite as good as well-made tea from a (good) Japanese restaurant, not quite the full bodied flavor. But very close! And better than most of the other packaged green tea.

Have enjoyed this green tea for many years. The flavor is smooth, grassy and only slightly bitter (mostly when brewed too long or when the water is too hot) and the brewed color and fragrance are very nice (very Sencha-ish?). Following the instructions on the package always makes a great cup of tea or a great pot of tea. I wish this Sencha was organic but other than that, I love it and will continue to purchase it as long as the price is reasonable.

Buy no other. If you are a lover of green tea and haven’t tried this give it a go. Great tasting.

I drink a lot of teas and this Sencha just as good as any other brand and a good price.

Tastes great and feels wonderful to start the day healthy.
