This is an amazing product! We were able to tour the facility where this is made. We were told that this was made to help those in Africa whose immune systems were severely depressed. I need extra help keeping my immune system up due to a genetic disorder. I thought, "It's not going to hurt to try it" and I was amazed. This has helped me keep colds and flu at bay this year and if I feel something wanting to come on, I take extra and feel better in no time. I highly recommend this product!

1) they don't make it anymore. 2) green tea extract is a toxic ingredient. 3) it caused upper right stomach pain, (according to google the liver is located there.).

I am from China, and I received a bottle of Aloha Medicinals Immune Assist 24/7 capsule that I was expecting today. After opening the bottle, I found a lot of powder and broken capsules. I wonder if the powder and broken capsules were caused by long-distance transportation. Have you ever had that happen to you? Do regular products also come in powder or crushed capsules?

Great product. I have taken Immune Assist for the past 3 years and have voided the flu and colds for 3 years. Highly recommend.

It didn't do a thing ...except copy the name its not anything like the 24/7 from Philippines and had no effect .
