Cabinet Door Finger Pull Router Bit
Once I got the height set correctly to begin routing my drawer and door edges, the bit worked like a charm. The cut was smooth and clean. I ran two passes for each side, the first was within about 1/32 from finish, then I ran the finish cut. The door and drawer edges look fantastic.

Perfect!
This router bit was just what I needed! I had to replicate a client's drawer-front profile (solid with finger pulls). After quite a long search, I found this bit that does exactly that/ I would say make sure you have enough material to practice on the router table before using it on the actual drawer front. You get exactly one pass per side to use this bit. It worked perfectly on MDF board for me. Haven't tried it on hardwood stock yet.

finger pull door edge router bit
The router bit worked very well on my oak cabinet doors. The finger pull shape on the edge of my doors very closely resembles the original cupboard doors that came with our home.

Like a hot knife through butter
Ok, maybe a little exaggerated. In the 20 or so years in the field of cabinetry I have experienced every level of quality. Until recently I would never have purchased a product from Freud. They had horrible quality. Things must have changed, because I actually like this bit. I had no choice if I wanted this exact profile, I cannot find the one I used to buy. Needless to say I was worried, but it's very good.I have run a dozen soft maple doors, half a dozen red oak doors and drawer fronts, and it still cuts like brand new. It hasn't burned yet. It is balanced very well. The old brand would make my table vibrate a bit. The function part of the blades are in a better location in relation to the detail. I used to have a thin edge of wood left on the top because the blade did not go up high enough past the curve. If I didn't want the thin edge to be there I had to raise up the bit, and then my detail was too deep for my liking, so this one is better for me. When you have to drill a hinge cup hole into the back of a door, you don't want it to pierce through the front side of this detail after you are all done with the door. Having the option of keeping the bit a little lower creates more of a safety buffer, and is more attractive to my clients when you view the door from the front.

Worked out great.
I had to make 22 cabinet doors due to damage and needed a finger pull bit. Looked at the profile and seemed to match what I had and ordered. Worked out great with my router table set up. Would recommend.

It's a match!
Needed to match a 30 year old high school project restoration.

Fit my needs perfectly
I built a cabinet to match existing cabinets in my house. This bit allowed the new doors to nearly perfectly match the existing ones. Nice and sharp, so no burrs or tears when cutting.

A good bit
Like most Freud bits, it's a good bit and better than most.
