Actually the product is short by length. Is it possible to replace with LONG BODY TAP?

Worthy buy.
The finish is good, the chrome plating on the tap is very good. The movement is very smooth. It has water-saving features such as aerators.

It was opened before and not packed properly
Jaquar packs cp fittings inside a cloth cover inside the cardboard box to avoid any scratches. The package was opened before and not packed at all...the box's seal was broken, only the cloth was lying inside the box, the tap and the tightening nuts were outside the box when received and rubbing eachother..seems like there are no visible scratches, but this is totally unacceptable from any seller.
