I used to get dry mouth in my sleep because I use Cpap. Act relieves this problem.

The top is hard for elderly hands to remove.
Seems to do the job but it is hard to remove the top if you have any disability in your hands. It is better to transfer quantities to a smaller bottle for daily use.
