Beautiful Light Fixtures & Customer Support
Ordered several light fixtures similar to this one to choose from for our master bathroom remodel. We chose these, as they ended up being the perfect size and look. Love the white interior paint of the light fixture as it reflects the light beautifully. Used with dimmer lights and dimmer switch. Installation was a little tricky since the suggested mount screw holes did not line up with the existing electric box and the screws that hold the light ultimately from the mount were first difficult to align. With some patience and ingenuity (tip: if screws that hold light fixture are too long, easiest is to cut them shorter with metal saw), the lights were installed. When I was almost done installing the last screw nut, it fell out of my hands into a small gap in the wall and could not be retrieved. I contacted the manufacturer‘s customer service and they were extremely fast in their responses and sent me a couple new screw nuts immediately, free of charge. They arrived today and the lights are now complete and look fantastic.

Nice looking, good quality sconce but had some issues installing.
My installation situation is not typical but with the included hardware it was not easy. I had installed a metal "pancake" box in the location where this was going due to it falling right on a stud at the end of a hallway. Metal pancake boxes only have 1 set of screw holes which is at the same spacing as the mounting holes on the included bracket. I had to hacksaw off the ends of the included screw heads so that I could first thread the screws into the holes on the pancake box and then lock them down at the correct length so they weren't too short or long once the sconce was place over the screws. Took some time but got it mounted and it looks great.

Very nice!
This was great for above our kitchen sink!It doesn’t feel cheaply made at all, and has a nice matte finish. Initially, I wasn’t sure how to feel about the inside of it being white, but now that it’s hung, I don’t mind it. Easy install and works great!

LOOK OUT!
It would have been better to not include the installation diagram the to send what they did. There is a bracket allegedly for mounting that had to be totally jerry rigged. I even had an electrician who was doing other work on the house and even he was stumped. No online product support available, no contact us phone number just an email address to send a note to, which I did 5 days ago with no response. Never again!
