Supreme Nutrition is excellent quality. I take one of these at nite to help me sleep. I’m opposite of most people where this helps me relax and sleep while others it works a focusing stimulant. I think it has to do with ADHD, as OTCs which I now no longer take have the same opposite action. At any rate Rosemary is great for the liver, inflammation and strong hair. I love this company.

I accidentally stumbled on this as I was given a product for my sinuses with butterbur that included rosmarinic acid when I wanted to buy it again it was no longer available. I bought the butterbur by itself and it did not work so then I searched for Rosmarinic acid and found this product. What a relief as it is the inflammation not the allergies that caused my headaches. I take it every day and when I get a flareup I take 3 times two pills a day. So glad I found this.

Love how authentic these are, they really are pure no addictives you can smell It once you put it near your mouth/nose. Great for memory improvement. Best ones so far thank you!

Delivered on time; looked up ingredients; there is some evidence-based research on rosemary and memory; trying to decide whether to take it by mouth or the scent of rosemary is the trick. It was the most expensive. However, I am familiar with the brand. And did some research on the company. And as with any herb we take, check with your healthcare provider first!!!!

I'm an asthmatic and this supplement has helped my breathing. I take 2 twice a day and have noticed an improvement in my breathing and lessening of my symptoms.

This along with Chaste Tree Supreme was a game changer. I used to get hot flashes at all times of the day and wake up drenched in sweat at night. After two weeks of taking one of each, two times a day with meals, they hot flashes are gone! Worth every penny. And they are clean with no additives.
