What I find annoying!
Easy to put together.I noticed on packaging there are 3 types of wheels available. I (we) was not given that choice. I'm disabled and live up one and half flights of stairs. I would have ordered it with the the 3 wheels stair climber if I was given the choice. I'll have to wheel to the door. Remove shopping. Take back to the car and leave in the boot, wherever I've been able to park. Then walk back home, carrying the shopping up the stairs, bit by bit. You were even selling replacement wheels but again, no choice of the 3. You have them shown on the box! I have to get it down stairs to the car first. So not used yet. Being disabled with a walking stick, in my senior years, it's not easy. REALLY! YOU HAD THEM AND DIDN'T SHOW THEM! YOU WOULD HAVE HAD A LOT MORE ORDERS. If the wheels were interchangeable you could sell the other two sets. The larger wheels for softer ground areas. For going to parks or countryside days out.I bitterly disappointed.

Wheels
It is easy to hold when empty but the wheels are not suitable to carry it on steps, this puts a lot of pressure on arms & shoulders

Wheel snapped off second time I used it . Unfortunately out of the return period total waste of money
