I must say I am pretty happy with this supplement.I am a female over 40, with some signs of ageing that we all experience.( Large pores, wrinkles, ageing skin, joint pains you know all the fun stuff.) It's not severe yet, but my body is defiantly getting older. So I started looking into collagen supplements.After I started taking this suplement my skin, which is normally dry and scaly, started to look more hydrated. My nails grow faster and now I maintained an elegant length and my joints seem to heal a little better after hard workouts. I noticed that even my hair grow faster. This is a great product, I'm really satisfied. Found them difficult to swallow way to big and design not right. Had to cut them in half but still had to throw them.

Constipation causing if you're prone to constipation. Did not cause muscle recovery after exercise either.

Really tasty, and dissolves easily and smoothly into water and smoothies without leaving a powdery residue or any lumps. My performance and recovery seem to be benefitting already.

And that's just what I need, I hate the Wrinkles and all the ailments that come with getting old!It's still early days to know whether I'm benefitting from taking these but I'm going to take them everyday with hope, so I may be back to update this review in a couple of months.I find them easy to swallow, I always drink plenty of water with them.You get 150 Tablets in the resealable bag they come in, each serving provides 5000mg of type 1 and type 3 Collagen.I do think they are expensive but if they do what they say they do I think it's worth it.

These are quite easy to take. I haven't noticed any bad effects from taking these tablets. There isn't much aroma or taste to them. Some people do claim that these have a large positive effect but I haven't noticed that much of an effect.
