Like some said, they are somewhat oily due to MCT oil but that’s a good thing if you are Keto. I Am truly blown away at how good these are.I try so many things that have good Keto ingredients, etc, etc. and end up pitching. Wish they had a little more protein and weren’t quite so expensive but I will spend the extra to have a great tasting bar with healthy ingredients.The second bar I ate was white choc macadamia … YUM! I immediately ordered a whole box. They came with ice pack that was melted but kept them solid enough to be good.I’ve tried refrigerated and room temp and doesn’t matter; good texture either way to me and so flavorful!4/2/24 UPDATE:Yes, I really love these but at the current pricing I could get my protein from steak. It’s too bad but I just can’t afford these now.

I am basically obsessed with Bhu keto bars. It matters not that these are keto, but the fact that they are make them even more impressive. The texture and flavor are spot on for a keto dessert. Many snack bars that advertise themselves as "keto" have an odd taste or chalky texture, but Bhu keto bars taste like an indulgent dessert sans the carbs and sugars. It was really thoughtful for the owner to enclose a personalized handwritten note with my order. Although the package was shipped with Nordic Ice, it had melted and the bars were therefore no longer cold. It did take a few days to transport from CA to GA, so not too surprised there. However, the bars did not spoil nor did they lose their shape. I love all the flavors in the variety pack, but I'm especially partial to the chocolate coconut cookie dough. What they lack in size, they make up for in flavor. I like to eat mine slowly and mindfully to appreciate every morsel. Besides, they are roughly $3 per bar, so you might as well savor the flavor.

For the price, I was really expecting a decent taste and the normal texture of a protein bar. What I experienced was a chalky, artificial tasting, wildly over-priced disaster of a protein/keto bar. I couldn't finish an entire bar and threw away the rest of the box. The reason I purchased these is because there was many positive reviews. I don't understand how anyone in the world could enjoy eating these. Hopefully I will save you some time and money by advising you not to buy these under any circumstances. On the off chance that you enjoy the taste and texture of eating chalk and sand, this is a great product, but it would be much more cost effective to actually just eat chalk and sand. Go for a Perfect Bar or other similar product.

I really enjoy the BHU protein bars. They are shipped with freezer packs, but often arrive a bit melted. The product boxes were all torn open and moist making them barely able to hold the bars together.

I've been eating these for a while now, but until recently I never had to order them from Amazon, as my local grocery store kept them in stock. Apparently, word has gotten out about them because they are flying off of the shelves (in the chocolate chip cookie dough flavor, especially). These are literally one of my go-to snacks and/or meal bars for keto, and I eat them at least once a day (usually more)! I cannot say enough good things about these bars, tbh, although I do wish they were just a little more affordable. They're about the same price on here as in the local grocery store, and it would be nice to get a slight discount per bar when buying them by the box instead of individually like in a brick and mortar.The shipping was great- came wrapped up in a nice little silver bubble wrap and had two ice packs in the box with them. Bonus: You can keep the two ice packs and bubble wrap for reuse! I also got a little hand-written thank you note with my order, which I found to be very refreshing. It's nice to know that someone took the time to personally thank you for your business, even if it wasn't anything over the top.Okay, I'm done singing Bhu's praises now. haha Enjoy your healthy snacking, people! :)

I don't normally leave reviews on food items. Everyone's tastes are different but these... these need a review.I'll start with the reason it's 3 stars and not less; the initial texture and taste. When you take your first bite, you'll be surprised that it has almost the exact texture of uncooked cookie dough. A little grainy but not bad.That last only as long as it takes your brain to realize what you just put in your mouth. It's all down hill from there.So, you ever accidentally eaten a piece of really moldy bread? Think back because you usually only do it once. There's this lingering aftertaste that sticks around for a really long time. It sticks around so long that even years later, though you can't remember the actual taste, you definitely remember to never eat that again.That's what this reminds me of, not the taste of mold, mind you, but the lingering gross aftertaste that won't leave and I can't forget.Honestly, I think it's the chocolate and the palm oil. It's like a slime that won't leave your mouth. If I have to eat something else, just to get rid of the taste of the last thing I ate, why eat it in the first place?In this day in age, there's, literally, thousands of options. I spent $25 on something I'm not looking forward to eating and will likely just take up room in my fridge until it expires.

Hands down the best protein bar ever!! I honestly can’t go a day without a Bhu bar! The peanut butter chocolate chip is my absolute favorite but all of the flavors I’ve tried are pretty darn good.
