Fresh, Great Quality Almond Flour – Perfect for Baking
Really impressed with this almond flour. It’s fresh, finely ground, and has a lovely natural taste.I use it for pancakes, sprinkle it over yoghurt, and it works beautifully in cakes and other bakes.Great quality at a great price — I’m very satisfied and will definitely repurchase.

Quality speaks for itself
I am on a ketogenic diet, so therefore I use almond flour just about daily. I was recently disappointed by a leading competitor's product, which I had been repeat-buying for months, because their product (suddenly and without warning) arrived as a completely different almond flour. It used to be finely ground and worked great in my recipes. But then overnight, it was lumpy, dry, stale, coarse, and the skins were everywhere in the bag like a rough chopping of whole almonds. I couldn't even use it.BY COMPARISON-- THIS product I will be purchasing again and again! <3The freshness was very apparent from the moment of opening the bag. Not a single piece of brown almond skin anywhere in sight! Finely ground, great for mixing, and it has the perfect amount of moisture with excellent texture. It also has the highest quality airtight seal closure at the top of the bag it comes in, so I am confident the freshness lasts. Without question, this great almond flour is worth the higher price paid.I have tried MANY other brands of almond flour in recent months, and hands down this is the WINNER!If you're feeling hesitant because of the high price tag, I can assure you, this product is worth it! =)

A tasty and versatile alternative to wheat flour
I’ve come across a number of recipes using almond flour so I ordered this huge 1kg bag so I could bake some delicious treats.I think almond flour is the tastiest flour I have ever tried and it produces light and tasty bakes. You can make cakes, cookies, muffins and more with this versatile flour. The bag is recyclable and resealable so you don’t even need to decant it into an airtight container if you don’t want to.Almond flour is quite expensive but I think £16.99 (at the time of review) is a little pricey, but it really does make a difference to your baking.
