Awesome trainer for my 13 year old softballer. She loves it. Teaches precise catching.

Nothing training but the size!
This glove is everything the standard size R9 catchers mitt is. My 8 year old that is completely obsessed with being a catcher has all but slept with this glove since getting it. The value is great, and I’m sure it will last him long enough for him to outgrow the size. It will require some break in as a catchers mitt will be more stiff naturally.

Great first time training glove
Excellent first time glove. It is expensive but about as nice as you are going to find for a kid. 4 weeks to break it in right.

This is the best pancake trainer that I have ever used. Great leather which makes for a great feel and is essential for infielders. Excellent product

Great mitt to teach using second hand to catch
Love the quality. My grandsons coach recommended it to improve on catching ground balls. It helps immensely! In the future, my granddaughter will use it, too!

Top quality
Great training glove. Very good quality. Needs a lot of break in, but good, long lasting gloves usually do.

Wrist too small
The glove itself is good; however, there are a couple of issues. The first issue I had is that the wrist is a bit on the smaller side for a training glove and there is no alternative to loosen it. The feel of the glove material also seems a bit on the cheaper side, but for a training glove it is fine. It is worth the money, just keep in mind it has a tight wrist

Quality
The Leather quality is excellent. While it isn’t marketed or recommend for youth, my son who is seven loves it. It has worked out better for him than traditional youth gloves. I like that it’s something he can use for training purposes as he grows. I am fond of it as well.
