WOW!
Used to clean out a cement mixer that I had left for a few weeks with muck in it.Amazing - got rid of 90% of the leftovers!Use in a very well ventilated place and with all the PPE you can find as this is very corrosive acid!

Amazing stuff
I first tried some cheap stuff which did nothing, but then I purchased a bottle of this and never looked back.Buying just the1 bottle wasn't great value but figured I'd buy 1 to try. I then bought 2 more which was good value. When you don't have access to a jetwash this is perfectFast delivery and fantastic product

Not to be used in haste follow instructions
I used this to clean the WC a very badly stained porcelain WC IN A HARD WATER area. The problem was lime scale in the toilet I remembered that I used this for removing graffiti and cement staining on property’s while working on graded buildings we used it to renavate sinks and WCs so it’s worth trying it was successful. You will have remove all water before treatment but any cheap pump will aid that and you will have clean WC to be proud of.

Product leaked every where
Product leaked out of the container and plastic bag. Bear in mind this product contains corrosive sulphuric acid which has gone on my floor and hands.Probably better to buy this product from a local builders merchants !

Excellent worth every penny
I have tried other acid products from local builders and to be fair I binned it as did not work at all thought they was all rubbish so I bought this 5L from Amazon and gave it a bash and I will tell you what this worked brilliantly best stuff on market it did results that I would never of thought it would do I was super surprised with the results as we are in a newly built extension to the house and the amount of cement all over the walls was quite upsetting to say the least so thought I would give this stuff a try and wow it did not disappoint us now it looks like a new extension rather than a cement mess love it thanks to this acid.I brushed it on as directed by the bottle and left to dwell for around 10 - 15 mins then pressure washed of and just watch the cement drop of like apples on a tree leaving outstanding results the key is to go slow with pressure washer brick by brick until complete

works ok but make sure you wear thick rubber gloves dont get splashed
Very pleased with the results. But I was shocked to find it contains an acid.... so I wore thick rubber gloves, a face mask and safety glasses. I wore cloths I could afford to throw away, and was extremely slow in pouring this onto the patio. Brushed with broom and washed down with loads of water from watercan after. The patio and path looks brand new. Its so bright. However we have cats and besides keeping them in, I waited till all dry before letting them out. Great stuff but please take care with children and pets..

Perfect cleaner
Does what it says on the tin, clears the effervescence easily, wash off job done. Not any good on old effervescence. Photos before, after and when dry. Thank you.

OK, but two matters of concern
As a newcomer to DIY acids, I didn't know what to expect. I've just tried it on an area around an often-blocked drain - it had loads of ancient green mould on it. The effct was outstanding, especially given that on some of the area there wasn't room for energetic brushing. Two caveats:1) On the label, it says that the product 'contains hydrochloric acid'. Nowhere are we told the extent of the dilution, or what is doing the diluting. It would be interesting to know which if any laws on fair trading and hazardous chemicals are involved here.2) The cap is an ordinary screw-top, not a safety one. These two matters might be linked - perhaps the dilution is so weak that a safety cap is not required.
