Amazing service from toy company
My daughter opened up the wand and gave it a swish and it IMMEDIATELY broke. She was in tears on Christmas Day. I missed the deadline to return the item through Amazon, so I decided to contact the toy company directly via email and tell them what happened, and they immediately sent a replacement no questions asked. 5 Stars for service and response, and she loves the wand!

Just got this a few minutes ago opened it and it is broken does not even work it was for my granddaughter sixth birthday is there anyway you can ship it by the 14th of this month thank you I will wait for your response

6yr old broke in less than 24 hours
I bought this for my 6 yr old son for his birthday. We gave it to him in the evening on 9/30 and charged it overnight. He played with it for less than 1 hour and it broke at the top of the handle the next day.I am going to try to glue it to see if we can get some more life out of it (because it was $24 at the time I bought it and was hoping it would last longer than it did). I wouldn't recommend this toy for someone under 10 (The box says ages 3+). If you do my guess is you won't get $24 worth of entertainment out of it.It is a neat wand that probably someone older could take better care of.

I ordered Dumbledore and got Herminie
I guess it's cool or whatever it lights up and all that jazz but I ordered Dumbledores wand and got Herminies... No it's not a big deal to me but it will be to my daughter and the seller won't hear me without a cc

WOW!, VERY fragile!!!
Our child received one of these wands as a gift and liked the fact that it lights up. However, the handle cracked soon after she received it. We ordered a replacement.As we were opened the replacement it fell no more than 2 feet to the wood floor and broke in half. The plastic is incredibly brittle.Never again.

Just got delivered and opened it, it was BROKEN. BROKEN!! I’m so upset about this.
