very pleased with quality and taste of this tea. I am very picky about tase in teas. I drink one cup right after dinner and another just before bed. Have to say I think this helps me tremendously to fall asleep. Price is right as well. Just to say again...the taste is wonderful and you don't need to add any sweetener. Wish I could describe the taste better

This tea helps me calm down at night and sleep better. I have insomnia, anxiety, CPTSD, ADHD and other stuffs... so my brain doesn't like to shut up and it's bad at night. I know I sleep worse when I run out of this brand and am forced to get the walmart brand, which is the only one I've found with similar taste and ingredients but it's not as effective as this one. I seriously panicked when these ran out of stock for a month or so... I even cried when I went to buy more and they were GONE! My mom thought I was being too dramatic over freaking TEA, as a 36 year old grown woman, but it works THAT good for me, it's NEEDED! I use my keurig for the hot water, largest brew size, maybe 12 oz?, with 3 bags. Maybe a little overboard, but with my chaotic night brain, I need something strong. The flavor is smooth, can be a little bitter without enough sugar in my opinion, but it doesn't take as much sweetener as other sleep teas I've tried. You can't beat the price, literally, I've bought so many to compare lol. I'll definitely keep buying as long as it's in stock, which reminds me I have one box left and need to buy a few more! I've tried ALL brands of sleepy tea out there pretty much, while these were out of stock, and this one is my favorite. It has became something I need for sleep, along with my prescription sleep aids, or I can't stay asleep for longer than 4 hours. It's my extra boost so I don't need a bigger dose of meds. The only comparable one I found, when it comes to sleep, had a bear on the box and it said extra strength or something, but it was twice as much and I drink too much to afford that one. If I have bad anxiety that won't go away in the daytime I'll brew the smallest cup on my keurig and just use one bag, it takes the edge off. It also helps with the nausea that comes with my panic attacks, bonus! I love this stuff! I might be addicted...

This is a very, nice tasting relaxing tea. I enjoy it very, much! So much so, that after my first box, I ordered 4 more boxes. The tea is great and works well before bedtime. I would recommend they fortify the packaging because the boxes of tea come all smashed up. Other than that, this is an excellent value and a tea that does as it advertises. Thank you.

This is awesome tasty calming tea for sleepy time worth an Awesome book in hand or Kindle devices but never have this happen where the box is destroyed in delivery process my hubby said to keep it an I should not complain that I want everything just so so or I complain about it but I feel that freshness safety and more are at risk in this situation

Minty tea. Love it!

It's ok. Not near as much flavor as the name brand. Even made a smaller cup to increase potency but still not all that great. It's cheap but not all that worth it even

I have purchased these over ten times now. Compared to name brands with all the same ingredients you can't beat the price. It's my good night treat and I feel it helps me sleep better. I sweeten it with a little honey and a drop of vanilla. I've started buying two at a time as they must be popular and are out of stock sometimes.
