It was difficult to install because of the 3 washers and the spacers on the 3-stage motor set up. I had to gorilla glue the washers to the top and bottom of the spacers. that made it somewhat easier to install with the help of a pair of forceps to hold on to the last spacer. also, using an Allen wrench made it a little more challenging. but so far so good it runs fine.

This vacuum work well for a while….
I use this vacuums in portable carpets cleaning machines, and they last from one to two years max, then they burn out.I have used them on my business for the last 15 years.
