I love this pasta. It holds any sauce well - better than normal spaghetti or noodles. I bit pricey, but well worth it.

I've learned to cook and enjoy the stellar taste of Cipriani pasta.Right out of the pot, it's delicious from a fork. Nothing added.It cooks and seasons better when using MED SEA SALT.So many ways to prepare this. Just excellent.

This pasta is the absolute best ever. I make the tagliatelle with white truffle butter and it is exquisite. The pasta cooks in less than 3 minutes and is incredibly tender but due to its course texture, the truffle butter clings to it. Yes it is expensive and so worth the price.

The Cipriani pasta itself is the best pasta I have ever tasted. However, ordering through Amazon is not the right way to do it. You need to go directly to the Cipriani website and order from there. For about the same price, you can get the same product, and it is packaged very carefully, to prevent breakage. If you order through Amazon, they do not protect the shipment with bubble wrap. Two times in a row, ordering from Amazon, resulted in this delicate pasta being broken into small pieces.

Love the flavor! They are very pricy though or I would purchase them more frequently.
