Very good, works perfectly fine. Might leave some black prints on the wall but other than that it is amazing and perfectly fine for 70 kg.

The pull-up bar itself is great. Unfortunately my doorframe has suffered from using it, the product is completely fine.It's nice being able to move the height of the bar to do more than just pull ups. It's also very easy to take in and out of the door frame.Sometimes it does slip out of place if you don't have it tight enough in the door frame. And, when the bar does slip the rubber has worn away a bit.Overall, pretty good pull-up bar for entry level exercise at least.

Works perfectly. We’ll made and he grips seem pretty solid. Mainly used for my 8 and 11 year old been had taken my 80kg of weigh fine. The lads spin upside down on it which was worrying at first but is fine. To the reviewer that said it loosens as you pull up, you had to be standing the right way round, so that when you pull it, you on pulling the way it tightens and not the other way round!!

As shown in the photo, the wall fittings stayed firmly in place but the end of the pole can slip out because of its shape. I assume it is supposed to be glued in but both ends fell out, allowing my son to fall. I couldnt see any glue residue. He wasn't mucking about on it and he's not heavy. I made it as tight as possible and it hasn't been twisted round and loosened. It was only used a couple of times. I'm also not particularly heavy.

The media could not be loaded. I am actually using this across my back door for extra security. It’s solid, easy to install/take down. If I was using it for exercise I would definitely use the screws to attach to the wall/doorframe. Great value.
