I opened these to decorate for my son's party and I wish I had the time to lay them outside to air out. These are made in China and I was hoping that I wasn't endangering my health as I blew up the balloons. All pieces have a strong chemical-y smell. They look fabulous, my son loved them but if you buy these open the package outside to let them air out.
