I received this battery today to replace the one in my 10-year-old Bose Mini Soundlink. Out of my expectations because tools are not mentioned in their product description, the battery came with four screwdrivers and a pick as shown in the photo. Unfortunately, none of the screwdrivers works with the screws in my Bose, which needs a T8 bit. With that said, it's a perfect fit and now the first-time battery cycle is on the run.

Installed quickly and directly. Initially worked well, but after about 3 months, will no longer hold a charge. No response on warranty.

Received the JOTACT battery replacement from Amazon for my Bose Soundlink Mini yesterday and it rejuvenated my dysfunctional speaker. Let the battery discharge (as instructed) by playing the speaker for a couple of hours and then recharged (took about 2 hours to fully recharge). Then played the speaker for a good 4 hours - so it seems to retain a charge well. So, based on my experience for the past 24 hours, I'd give it two thumbs up and a worthy replacement for the original Bose speaker battery (which lasted 8 years).

Well worth it, would buy again and do recommend. Only 4 star, because they don't provide the tool or even provide the Torx bit size. Need a T9 Torx bit!

This battery seems to be well-made and is identical to OEM batteries in all but logo. I was worried it might arrive dead or significantly reduced in life because the product is so old but that turned out to not be a concern.I've seen a few reviews here saying this is the "wrong battery". Please note this battery is only for the Bose Soundlink Mini. Not the Soundlink Mini II. Take your existing battery out before buying, and if it has soldered cables and you cannot separate it from the unit, you have the Soundlink Mini II which will NOT work with this battery.

The first battery sent did not work so I contacted the vendor and they sent a replacement super fast. The replacement also didn’t work and I came to the conclusion that my “Bose Soundlink Mini” is now a brick which will stop me from purchasing another Bose speaker! However, the vendor was great to do business with and very quick to address my issues, would absolutely do business with them again. Hope this helps

Battery started to work poorly in less than 6 months, speaker would not work even with charger connected when battery was starting to get low. Stopped holding a charge completely 3 months later. Original Bose battery still has some working capacity after 10 years.

After 8 years of using I almost tossed my Bose mini speaker to the trash. I found a video on Youtube with the link for this product and decided to try. I'm glad I did. The shipping was fast, the packaging is outstanding, it was easy to install and it worked. At first I was nervous as the flashing yellow light will not stop blinking, but after 3 hours of charging (i guess new battery takes time to charge) it is green again and my speaker works as new. thank you!
