I have a Three ntwrk 5G router (zyxel nr5103e) with 4 antenna connections. these are not labelled. could you advise, which antenna lead goes where?

Qould it work ok if only cables are plugged in or would it lose speed?

This says 3dbi but other cheaper 5gs aerials say they do 10 dbpi. Is a lower number boost faster, and is 3dpbi perfect for faster 5g upload speeds?
