LEGO Architecture The Leaning Tower of Pisa

I am addicted to this Lego series. I am a fan of architecture and landmarks and this series portrays then quite well. They also provide back ground, facts and trivia about each landmark. These are great for children or over grown kids like me.

Where to start...this lego set took me straight back to my childhood days of building legos. It is a pretty crafty design and was fun to build. It won't take long to finish and is fairly uncomplicated so I would recommend this set for any level of lego builders. The set comes with a lego removal tool that can come in handy throughout the build, directions, as well as a brief history of the tower. I also enjoyed the random facts scattered throughout the directions. This tower is everything I expected it to be.

This was one of these best Lego purchases I've made for my 7 year old son. We ordered this for a class project on a landmark in Italy and we can't wait for the response from his class and teacher. My son not only had fun building this but also was excited about learning the history of it all.

You have come a long way into my life. I first saw you on the back of Cheese box. Velveeta Cheese box. You had to collect box tops and send off about $2.00. That was a small fortune. Some how my Father did it. Velveeta was a special meal.Farm living did not and still does not put a lot of change in your pocket.Though many years from the farm Lego has been a constant since having my Sons. They have loved Lego Bricks as much as I did at first sight.The Leaning Tower of Pisa is awesome. I am rearranging the collection. The Leaning Tower of Pisa joined the "The White House", "The Empire State Building", "Big Ben", " The Willis Tower" , "Burj Khalifa Dubai 21008", "The Rockefeller Center" , " The Seattle Space Needle" and "The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum".All have and are a great presence in Our Lives. Always a great joy!

I enjoy Lego sets to unwind. This one is a beautiful finished product. However, the all white and constant repetition of pieces made it a little less exciting than most sets. All in all, it was worth the cost.

My 7 year old son loved it. He collects lego architecture now. He has a lot of experience with lego and built it himself. This piece is bigger than some other from the Architecture series. it has historical information in the instructions booklet (as all of them do in this series). We read it together - a bit difficult for 7 year old but recommended age for this is 12+. I think it has good educational value.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa is a fun member of the Lego architecture group of products. It is one of the easier ones, but still is a very satisfying addition to the collection.Like all Lego Architecture products, the manual includes interesting historical and architectural information on the building.

This kit was assembled quickly and it's fascinating to see how the designers incorporated the famous tilt at the base. Though not extremely detailed, it does look close enough to the real thing to stand as an exhibit and memento.
