Awesome Taste and Nut Free
I like all of the Taste of Thai Curry Paste flavors, but the Yellow is the favorite around our house because it is the mildest of the four. We have a person with a peanut/tree nut allergy in our house, so we had to look around for a while to find good Thai that is nut free. He loves this mix.

You have to doctor it up to your taste otherwise too watery & spicy.
I had to doctor the flavor. I use it to make Green Curry Chicken. I don't plan to share my recipe here but half the pouch of paste is one of the ingriedients.

Best tasting yellow curry
I have tried quite a few different manufacturers of yellow curry paste. Without a doubt, the Thai kitchen yellow curry paste is absolutely the best tasting.

Restaurant quality Thai dishes at home!
If you are a Thai fan LOOK NO FURTHER! Taste is restaurant quality. Has a good amount of spice without being overly spicy for the more timid. All of their curries are excellent! They also make a great Pad Thai mix as well.

Tasty curry.
It says to add one tablespoon to a can of coconut milk, but I find two tablespoons to be more like it. Very tasty and I love it.

This is by far, the BEST green curry on the market. Spicier than I remembered but so very good.
