Slim, light, quiet - great product!
I've been through a few of these types of products and am delighted with this one! It's quiet, feels sturdy, is light and does a good job. My only concern is how the cord bends hear the USB port when it is tucked away underneath, as a point of wear. The light isn't necessary, but it's hard to find one without. It's subtle. I specifically sought something thin and light for occasional travel, and this seems to be the thinnest one available. Fits my 15" Macbook Pro well and helps a lot with heat when running multiple applications including Adobe software. I've used it with and without the props, and when I need them, they work great, when I don't, they are nicely out of the way. Fingers crossed it also has a long life!

Insane Value for Money. I’m not one to exaggerate.
Purchased half a year ago, still runs like new.My daily driver for the good half of a decade has been the 14 inch razer blade, which has some serious cooling issues - combine that with an especially hot & humid climate - is a recipe for disaster. my last 2 razer blades lasted me 2ish years each, and would end up with all sorts of wear such as screen burn-in and the built in keyboard literally being too hot too touch for too long.I’ve been through all sorts of cooling systems, from coolermaster gear to DIY ice packs (don’t do this lol) and this pad is definitely the best value you can get. for TWENTY bucks, you get a cooling pad that’s insanely lightweight, quiet, yet does its job well.A number of nitpicks I have, which i personally believe the pricing is justified for:-the power cable (USB pass through) is short & not braided, potentially giving rise to wear and tear especially if you treat cables with zero basic respect (i abuse cables, sue me!) and if you prefer to have the pad plugged in to something else besides you laptop eg. a usb charging plug, you’re gonna need some extension cables.-a switch to turn off the lighting when active would be nice, especially for late night internet nonsense.-the front of the pad could be a little slimmer. in combination with the thickness of one’s laptop, onboard keyboard users may find discomfort to be rather prevalent. if you’re one of those, highly recommend a mechanical keyboard. so satisfying to click em.-grip pads could be larger/stickier. this is just personal preference really. i plop my laptop down and plug into my setup, so i prefer my pads to not move too easily.all in all, a solid 4.7 from me. planning to pick up the newer 5 fan model soon for excessive cooling purposes. great price too it seems.@KLIM, bloody great job, and i can tell you’ll fulfil your mission statement in no time. keep the quality coming ❤️

Light and Slim Cooling solution for Dell 12.5in Ultrabook
I used this for a 3 week cross county roadtrip. Lightweight and didn't take up much space in close confines of VW Wagon. A 12.5 inch Dell E7240 fits perfectly, and for general surfing, writing, checking the latest photos of the trip it cools the 7 year old computer well enough. This would not be what I would use for cooling anything resembling a gaming laptop. The blue lights were not obtrusive to me, in the car at night or in a dark hotel room (and my eyes are more sensitive to that pure LED blue color, I would have noticed.)There are no speed settings. The fans are quiet and move air enough to keep the Dell from ramping up the internal fan. It is nice that is has built in cord storage on the bottom, and the front tabs didn't get in the way even when I was typing. This is something that I have noted as a issue with other cooling pads that have a large thick tab in the middle. ( The dell bottom half is only a 1/4 in thick at the front.)Was not too fond of the plastic feel, but the unit survived the trip. I took one star off because after we got home I was moving the pad with my laptop on it and one of the little front holders cracked. It is still on there, but for how much longer......?

Does a nice job
I bought this cooling fan in May, 2020, during the COVID "work from home" and I have been using it ever since. It seems to work well to keep my laptop cooled, and puts the laptop at a convenient height for me to work efficiently. Eventually, when we returned to the office, I took it with me into the workplace, and it has kept plugging along. I do have to remove dust bunnies every once in a while, and occasionally the fan wheels make a whirring noise that is a bit louder than it was when I first got the fan, but usually if I unplug it for a few minutes and restart it, the noise isn't that noticeable.

The best yet...
I've had two different laptop cooling pads in the past and neither held up for very long. I did a ton of research and this one from KLIM kept popping up as one of the best. Right from the get-go, I could tell this one was designed with some thought and consideration for the user. It has two folding tabs on the top front that help keep your laptop from sliding forward, and there are two folding "legs" on the bottom at the back if you want to put it on a table and have it tilt toward you, making it more ergonomic. The two fans inside do a great job of cooling my HP laptop, which are great laptops but tend to run hot, in my experience. Another nice feature is with the power cord. The fans are powered by a USB cord that connects to your laptop, but it has a USB port on the other end of the USB plug so you don't lose your laptop port. I've had it and used it for a couple of weeks now and so far, so good. I'm very pleased.UPDATE: About a year after I received this cooling pad, it stopped working. The blue lights still worked, but neither fan was rotating. With the 5-year warranty in effect, I emailed the company and I got unbelievably wonderful customer service. They wanted me to send a photo of the inspection sticker as well as a short video showing the cooling pad not working. (They had me upload that to a specific Dropbox link - very easy.) They got back to me immediately and said a connection was likely broken. They sent out a new one at no charge and within a week, I was back in business. They also followed up with me to see if I'd received it and if things were working fine. They are based in England, as is their customer service, and it simply could not have been better.
