great replacement fan for my brothers laptop
Fit perfectly in my brother laptop. I forget the exact model laptop I used this fan in but it has been running for 2 months now with no issues

Good Fitment. Matches HP p/n. Questionable reliability.
Fan fit & performed well at first. Eight months down the line I can now hear erratic fan speed. Few days after I am now getting 90B errors on startup: Fan not operating correctly. Thankfully, this is extremely easy to swap on this machine. If it weren't, I would think twice about using it.The original fan became noisy, but never threw errors. This one seems to have problems inside the winding which is deeply concerning. What if this motor shorts in service? If HP doesn't have a fuse here, this could take out the rest of the motherboard.
