Pros: fresh taste, made great sushi rolls.Cons: was in a styrofoam chest, but there was no ice pack. One pack was not very cold. Really needs an ice pack in non winter months.

Tasted OK but frozen tuna steaks from grocery taste just as good or better raw so now worth the price to me

I have always preferred sashimi to sushi and have been buying frozen tuna online through Amazon from either East Coast or West Coast seafood providers. But I had to drain it, skin it and debone it myself which is somewhat messy.This is a much better choice. The tuna is of good quality though not top grade. This would have made it prohibitively expensive. The bite size pieces are perfect for dipping in soy sauce with wasabi and the small sized packages avoids having to partially thaw and refreeze any of it.
