Works well, easy to prepare.

Helps me get a good night's sleep. Start with a very small amount (1/8 tsp) and build from there. You have to find the right amount to avoid intestinal disturbances. Taste is not great but you can take juice (or whatever) right afterwards.

For a year and a have I've tested deficient in magnesium at every blood draw. Then I started getting crippling foot and leg cramps that would not only take hours to resolve, they left me feeling like I had been beaten with a baseball bat. That went on for months plus a general feeling of never really feeling right. Turns out I was also low in several hormones and I'm now working that out, too. But let's talk about this stuff! I researched magnesium up and down, I've tried the expensive stuff you add to your bath, magnesium oil spray (pricey, too), mag gluconate, mag chelate and pill form mag chloride. I did not like the sticker-salty feel of the topical magnesium although it works really well On cramps. Basically I take a combo of two mag capsules in addition to two shots per day of this vile magic potion. That keeps me feeling pretty good and I only cramped up when I slacked off on my regimen! I can do one shot per day occasionally but honestly I just feel better if I don't push it. FYI yes it's got a nasty flavor but if you chase it with something yummy, you're golden! Once I swallow it, I never burp it and it doesn't linger so it's manageable. Just figure out what works for you :)
