Simple to use and makes coffee shop standard capuccinos. Amazing product!

Amazing coffee
Forget about Nespresso & co. This machine makes great espresso and has the dual option pod/powder (which i prefer).Cappuccino is amazing, its foam is perfect (but remember: cappuccino after lunch is a capital offence)

Leaking water
Product after 3 weeks of normal use started leaking water from the frothing wand.

Good for single espresso but not double
Heats up super quickly and ready to go in 30 seconds or a minute. And makes a great single press. But it does not have enough grunt to do a double (it simply can't push the water through the double coffee fitting). We also have a Smeg ECF version which I suspect shares a lot of parts (made by same people?), but it has way more grunt...but costs twice as much. That's my honest view: this is good value for single espresso but if you can afford the Smeg I would get that.

Coffee is watery. Machine didn't last long.
This machine should not be sold for more than $100. Coffee is watery and even if you want to use more powder in order to make it like a real espresso it is impossible as the portafilter for even double one is too short and if you full it up with powder the machine will not run at all until you empty it a bit. Also it lasted exactly 11 months. If you like densed short italiano type espresso this is not for you.Visited a friend the other day and she made a coffee on her machine which was absolutely fantastic. The exact density you get when you have coffee in coffee shops with professional machines. Never even heard of this brand before. It's double the price of Delonghi but it deserves every penny. Ordered it straight away and right now enjoying an amazing espresso. I'm not mentioning the name as I am not advertising anything here.Do research before buying and don't fall for brands names.
