there are better brands at lower costs
it is a hoax; They sell it as a large frying pan of: 16.5 ”; and it turns out that it is 10 ”. They add the measurements of the handle.

Not horrible
I've got a decent amount of cast iron I use regularly. Got this to broil steaks, it does that well. Cleaning instructions say to use soapy water to and add vegetable oil afterwards. I of course did not do this, I clean the same way as all other cast iron, hot water, course salt when needed. The bottom of the pan is rough, very rough for a cooking surface. Drying with a paper towel will rip little pieces off the paper towel.

Don't believe the dimensions.
Actually 16L (including handle) x 9.5W x 2H outside dimensions. Cooking area is 8.5" x 8.5". WAY overpriced for what it is.

Great value
PROS:* Love the size of this pan, perfect for single or double serving of burgers or steaks.* Price is great* Not too thin of metal, nice and thick to hold heat. And small size to help heat quickly* Ridges in the bottom to leave Mark's in cooked food* Like the Jim Beam name on the bottomCONS:* The bottom feel pretty rough on the fingers compared to other cast iron pans I have. Hoping this wont scratch surfaces or will have to sand it smooth and seal

Misleading size description
Very misleading description. Cooking surface is only 9"x9", NOT 16". I should of read the reviews. I will probably return.
