Nothing special about this book or the eyesight exercises. I didn't find it interesting or unique. Wasn't worth the time to read or buy.

Nothing here you will not find online for free. A majority of the book is "selling" you on the therapy. There are a few exercises.The how to portion or meat of the book would be a small pamphlet without the background info.
