If you are an average sized guy this will not fit you and if you have a normal men’s arm it will not at all. I am a Small guy 5’8; 165. This watch NO WHERE EVEN fits me. The band it WAY too short and barely breaks 8 inches when buckled. I could barely even get it fastened without it painfully pinching my skin. Don’t even think about this. Thoughtless misunderstanding Nd poor execution of a beautiful product. Very disappointed. Returning .......
