I've been watching my macros since gaining and losing 50+ pounds since the start of lockdown. A part of feeling fulfilled, for me, is not denying myself but making choices that better fit my goals. I'm still quite the chocoholic/candy hound, however, and these bars satisfy any sweets cravings while giving me a boost of protein, providing satiety and curbing binges.I like that there aren't any sugar alcohols, as they bloat me, or other substitutes that leave an unsatisfying aftertaste. For my purposes, these are the best.

Great and low on sugar

When I find a snack solution my granddaughter will eat that is a bit healthier I am pleased. She eats these things instead of junk and I feel like it's a better alternative.

This is a phenomenal protein supplement. Total fat is 5 grams and total protein is 10 grams. The flavor is quite good compared to other protein supplements. The value for the money was amazing when quality protein bars usually are about a $1 per bar. We try other flavors from this company in the future.
